I first started Future Heirloom Designs when I was laid off from my full time job. Job market was not great at the time and given than I am a person that can not sit still I took this as an opportunity to open the store. I have thought about it before but was never able to find time. I have been making jewelry for years for myself, friends and family.
At first I was selling more conventional style jewelry but when my older daughter was graduating from high school I wanted to to give her and her friends something very special and personalized jewelry seamed to be more fitting for the occasion.

After purchasing a set of stamps and metal discs and armed with a hammer I began creating my first set of hand stamped jewelry. I was instantly hooked. Before I knew it I had a decent collection of stamps and stamping supplies and I started to sell in in this store as well as opened another, Love It Personalized on Etsy as well.

What started as a hobby flourished into a business that brings smiles to my growing customer base. I love coming up with new designs and since I first started making only necklaces I have expended my jewelry collections to include personalized wedding gifts, jewelry for men and hand stamped keepsakes. Each day I am grateful to do what I love and that my creations bring little joy to someone else.

My customers are my biggest inspiration. Working with individuals and creating pieces that have a special meaning to them often give birth to new designs.
